1. The service
Kindr sells memberships that bundle services from two independent local businesses (“Partners”). Kindr handles your account, billing and waiver. Each Partner provides its own services and is responsible for them.
2. Your membership
Your bundle page lists what you get at each Partner. Perk allowances reset at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. Partners may require bookings through their own systems and may set house rules.
3. Billing
Memberships renew monthly and are charged to your payment method until cancelled. If a payment fails, access is suspended until it succeeds. Prices may change with notice before your next billing month.
4. Pausing and cancelling
You can pause or cancel in the app at any time. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the month you've paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Waiver
Using Partner services requires a signed waiver covering Kindr and both Partners in your bundle.
6. Acceptable use
Memberships are personal and can't be shared. We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud or abuse of staff.
7. Liability
Kindr is a membership and billing platform and doesn't provide the Partner services. To the extent permitted by law, Kindr's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after notice means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Questions: contact us.
